Work went fairly smoothly. Well, fair anyway, not great. I have been stuck on the big machine only because of the four on the floor up there, I am the only stitcher to run them. Whichever one needs to run the most is the one I have to go on for the night.

Last night's storms were pretty rough. I did see quite a bit of close lightning, both ground to cloud and cloud to ground. Some went across the sky in interesting patterns. Too bad the power didn't go out. though. ;P

The same is in the forecast for today. Today is "fake friday" at work. Then we break for the 4th holiday.

I can't clean the living room. Once J's mother found out I was going to clean it all out, she told me to wait for her to come back from her holiday to do it. She already started cleaning it out yesterday. I know though it will be quite the undertaking, I can't see the couch for all the crapola she has piled up on it. She has made a little dent in it though. :) Every little bit helps. I will wait for her to leave on her holiday, get a "before" pic and save it. Then when she's not around, I will get an after pic. I don't want her to know I post pics of that sort of thing in this forum, she'd kill me. Either way, the mess is shocking to say the least, so be prepared.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful day! I am working on a nice table set for Christmas time. It will be placemats, napkin rings, potholders, and hot pads for warm dishes to be set on. :) I will post that in the "holiday" section of the etsy store when it's all done.
