I have 16 items listed in thesale items section of the etsy store. All with free shipping! I have decided to keep that section free shipping.

I see that the weeds that got sprayed are drooping down lower today. That's good, it's working. I may have to hit that again to get the ones I missed because it's so thick in those areas.

I have more than just one tomato now on the tomato plant. That's a good sign. :)

This city, Amsterdam, has gotten so big now that the mayor has spent a few thousand dollars on a logo and a new website I guess. I didn't think this city needed it, but the advertisement for this area that it provides can be helpful. Maybe it can draw in new business to our area. That's much needed. Maybe if a new company or two move here, it can provide some jobs to the high numbers of unemployed here. {since most of the companies have left here anyway} The address for it is www.amsterdamny.gov in case anyone is interested in looking at it. It does provide info like permit info and licenses and events and such. Even though we are right on the Erie Canal we do need more businesses to come in. That canal is still a commercial waterway which would be a plus to any business.

I'm going to catch up on the f-list now and check out the news.

Happy hump day! Yesterday I thought it was Wednesday when I woke up unti I saw the calendar and discovered it was only Tuesday. LOL!

Today is shaping up to be a nice day outside. A little chilly for mid July, but I will take it.

I have nothing on today's agenda so far. {other than work}

Like I said folks, I want to make hand crocheted doilies, but don't really know how to. So I took a guess, and tried anyway. {you know me...}
I have posted in the etsy store this, my very first try at a hand crocheted doily.  Please let me know what you think. Is this acceptable? Does it pass for a doily? Or does it just look like a mess?

I took J to his bank, he took me out to breakfast. Nice. I had french toast. Yum!

It's shaping up to be a nice day out there. I need to get out there and spend some quality time with Biscuit! ;)

Work went well and fast last night. Pretty good for a Monday night. I guess the roof on that building has had enough of the wet weather and has begun to crack and leak in spots. I saw the guys had hung some sheet plastic up above the machine that I am running to save it from the leak.

I have some errands to get to today. But other than that, and work, not much is on today's agenda.
